• Hardened and ground pins (1 long, 2 short )

• Pins are fixed with a screw that allows

to take the joint apart

• Hardened & precision ground bushings

are pressed into the yoke bores

to ensure minimal play.

• Hardened and ground block that

provide hardened contact faces

• Yokes available with various standard

hub configurations including quick

release ends.

Single Universal Joints

The metric high strength (precision) universal joints are pin and block style and are equipped with hardened bushings for increased endurance and reliable performance.

• Metric dimensions following DIN 808
• Operating angle for single joints up to 45°

• Various bore options available as well as quick release ends

• Wide choice of finishes available

• Product Materials:

Yokes: Steel 1.0765

Bushings and pins: Steel 1.6569 (hardened)

Block: Steel 1.7225

Double Universal Joints

The metric high strength (precision) universal joints are pin and block style and are equipped with hardened bushings for increased endurance and reliable performance.

• Metric dimensions following DIN 808
• Operating angle for double joints up to 90°

• Various bore options available as well as quick release ends
